 **Position Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as Parts Associate. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the parts they need for their RVs and marine vehicles. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

 **Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their RVs and marine vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Process special orders and follow up with customers on order status
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable

 **Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a parts department or similar role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of RVs and marine vehicles is a plus
