Job Title: RV Technician

Rocky Mountain RV & Marine is a family-owned and operated dealership with over 38 years of service to the Albuquerque area. We are seeking a dependable and skilled RV Technician to join our growing service team. Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliances
Perform roof repairs, slide-out maintenance, and sealant applications
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and safety checks
Maintain detailed service records and ensure work is completed to company standards
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Experience in RV repair, general maintenance, or trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical work
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
RVDA/RVIA certification is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license required
Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $18–$30/hour
