Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Department Director to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating exceptional employee relations skills. As the Service Department Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our dealership while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees, encouraging growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor department performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate service team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and departmental goals to align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a service or dealership environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and employee relations skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Experience with service management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of RV or marine products and services is a plus but not required.
